Superior Express, Inc was founded in 1938 in Waterloo Illinois by Jerome J. Schilling on the principles of fair and honest business practices. He always had the belief that our customers deserve "Superior Service".

Jerome's vision was simple "I don't want us ever to loose sight of our target, and that target is giving the best LTL service in the industry"

We will never let that tradition die.

Superior Express, Inc remains a family owned business with the Schilling family involvement now in its third generation. We are very proud of our past and where we have been, and very excited about where we are going. 

What We Do

Superior Express provides daily direct coverage to all of Southern Illinois, Missouri and select cities in Indiana and Kentucky. With our strong partner carriers and interline relationships built over the last 70 years we can provide coverage to the entire US and beyond
